Our Return Policy

(Anything purchased from a third party vendor is subject to their return policy)

 

For Standard, Non-Personalized Items

We accept return and exchanges on standard, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. 

(We will accept returns and exchanges on holiday and seasonal items within 14 days of delivery.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with original tags, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

* Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

* Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at laekynmaeboutique@gmail.com.

 

For Custom or Personalized Items

All custom or personalized items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  This includes items with custom colors, measurements, or inscriptions.  We encourage you to review all details of your order before finalizing your purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at laekynmaeboutique.com.  We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full refund. Any refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days. (14 days for holiday and seasonal items.)

 

Return Shipping

 

*Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

*We will cover shipping costs for any item that was damaged or defective upon arrival.
